Perhaps one of the best values

The first time I staid at the Stil I was whisked to a top floor. Spiritual Inspiration view. On one side a view of the fort on the other the sea. Great front desk staff. Can walk to the Center and Serrezuela. Great food. Can walk to mall plaza restaurants clubs Juan Valdez and Churches. Room is clean . Housekeepers wonderful Great breakfast and coffee. Can walk to beach.

Air conditioned in room want working, they promised to either change us to another room or at least give us a fan. Let to go out for the night and came back at 3 am and still didn't have another room for us. Cartagena is a very hot city. Air conditioned rooms are a MUST

We knew the hotel would be pretty basic based on the price and reviews, but it was much worse than advertised. The reception area was ok and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the room was pretty awful. The window cill was crumbling away and the bathroom door was completely falling apart at the base of it. I had black feet after coming out the shower and walking across the room bare foot, so the floor was obviously not clean. There were also stains on the bedsheets. The air con worked well, which was about the only positive.

This property should be turn down. Destroyed. And rebuild with new management and staff. -5 stars. (Minus). No hot water. Hard beds. No in room phone. Hard towels. Breakfast is…is… yak ! Air con was very loud and disturbing. I asked to change room and ask why you gave me that room. Kimberly told me if you dont like it you can go somewhere else. So i did. Dangerous area ! Centro ! No safe to walk all day ! Do yourself a favor like kimberly told me and go somewhere else. This cheap price doesn’t worth it.

Es un hotel en ruinas, muy sucio y descuidado. Está ubicado en una zona que da miedo, mal oliente y con muchos indigentes que duermen en la calle. Deprimente. Cuando llegamos nos enteramos que no contaba con agua caliente. No es que no funcione la caldera. Simplemente, no cuenta con instalaciones para agua caliente.

El hotel pareciera no le quieren hacer inversión , el hecho que el precio sea cómodo no quiere decir no se cuiden las instalaciones , llaves agua sueltas obsoletas , puertas peladas mal estado y en general edificio requiere arreglos , igual mal entendido el desayuno no esta incluido pero la información pagina no es clara , parte trasera avenida vehicular demasiado ruido todo día y noche , ventanas sin mantenimiento , ni limpieza

La propiedad está en una ubicación aceptable, el problema es que el mantenimiento del lugar es muy malo, la atención de la persona en recepción no fue nada agradable, las personas visitantes eran funcionarios de Guatemala y la persona de recepción ofendió con un cometario desagradable nomas llegando al lugar, entramos a la habitaciones y el agua no está apta para uso humano, en una de las camas había toallas usadas anteriormente mismas que se llevaron en ese momento, lo cual deja mucho a la imaginación.
