They were very slow to respond to our request when doors wouldn’t lock or sinks would not drain. We will not be returning back to this property and I would not recommend it.

Stunning place, reasonable cost, great location, great service, great security, very helpful when needing transportation, dining suggestions, a really good find. They stay in touch with you constantly to make sure you are satisfied with your stay. Excellent!

With the small amount of reviews we were a little worried about staying here. We arrived and found the property close by everything inside the wall , very clean and large in size. I’d recommend this to anyone planning on coming to Cartagena. The only problem we had was a confusion of the address with google maps. Once we found the building after 15 minutes of driving around, everything went perfect. Transport was arranged by front desk and was waiting on us at checkout. This was a very nice place and the town was even better.

Before arrival we tried contacting the property to request an early check in. After an international flight you expect hotels to accommodate their guests as much as possible. Upon arrival we had to wait hours before they let us in. We knew the apartment was already clean and empty and other guests told us they made them wait until 3 as well although their rooms were ready and empty. Super bad administrative staff! Kiddos to the security guard and other staff who were very nice and patient with us and the guests who complained about their laundry not working and admin not responding to them. No one we talked to on the phone was able to solve my problem and I had to shower elsewhere and come back to the property paying about 100 to be able to make it on time to an event. Loved the apartment but we said we would never go back because of terrible admin. Do not recommend!

De entrada no me quisieron atender mi reserva a pesar que tenia mi reserva con antelación me hicieron esperar 1 hora o un poco mas para poder ingresar. no obstante llamaron les di todos mis datos y aun así no me dejaban ingresar, la persona encargada es Juan Garay. se que se tardar a veces en corroborar la información pero no me quisieron aceptar dejar mis maletas para disfrutar el atardecer con mi hija pequeña. indicando que no guardaban maletas y debia esperar.
