"My overall opinion regarding the hotel was good. However, the bed and pillows were a little hard. The AC turned off around 3 a.m., which made it difficult to sleep during the night. The staff and service people were really nice and friendly. The buffet food was not very good, and it was cold considering the price they charged. The location was good and convenient for walking around."

"Property was great only down side is a very loud bed in the master suite, you couldn't move without waking yourself up as the bed Support or frame was very old sounding. Elevators were a pain and need to be fixed as only one or two worked the whole time. Other than that great hotel and location."

"Das Hotel liegt einsam, aber wunderschön am tollen Strand und Meer. Leider sprechen nur wenige englisch. Frühstück ist hervorragend, Abendessen extravagant aber viel zu teuer.
Tolle Architektur, ausreichend Pools und Liegen, das Meer ist traumhaft karibisch.
Ein unvergesslicher Ort."

"Although the hotel itself was in an ideal location, and very beautiful inside; if you don’t know Spanish, don’t go. It’s very hard understand a lot of you don’t have a personal translator.
Our room was okay, but from the first night the AC was not working. We couldn’t enjoy the view because we kept the blinds closed from the heat. After telling them about the AC, we spent a whole day trying to deal with it until they finally agreed to move me to another room which that room…also, the AC unit...
