"Honestly, with the exception of one service person at breakfast, the staff have all the warmth and charm of slightly overworked border control people. The room's floors needed some cleaning, but otherwise clean and well stocked. Breakfast was okay. The location is amazing... Noisy neighbours in the courtyards but that's a bit to be expected, but better curtains and windows wouldn't be a bad idea... Overall was a bit underwhelmed... What's funny is, underwhelmed again as this was our second stay here (convenience sake) but won't be back ourselves. "

"I would give this hotel 0 stars if that was an option. They knowingly put us in a room with a broken shower that flooded the bathroom and soaked some of our personal belongings. When we tried to speak to someone at the front desk they could not understand us due to the language barrier so we used Google Translate. We were eventually told they could not do anything about the shower until the next day. After that incident we discovered two small bugs in the bed. Again, the front desk was unable to help. We checked out a few hours after we checked in. The rooms are smaller than they appear in the pictures and carpet in the hallways on our floor was worn and appeared dirty. I attempted to get a refund due to the conditions of the room and because we were only in the room for a few hours but the hotel refused to refund the money."

"I only had a couple days in Athens so I wanted a location close to what I wanted to see, and the hotel was perfect for this. Staff are above and beyond, so friendly and helpful!! My room was big, and very clean. I didn't have the breakfast, but I heard great things about it from other guests. Tons of shopping, dining options and main sights are all walkable from this hotel. I was a solo female traveler and I felt very safe and well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Love the location and manager cute boutique hotel nice rooms great breakfast offerings. Very, very small lift, you’re in Europe. Close to Viking River Cruise and of coarse the Eiffel Tower. Be sure to take the hop on hop off tour boat. It is quite a long walk. Don’t believe the staff saying it is just a ‘little’ walk."
