"The room was exactly what we wanted for our short stay. We booked the superior room with balcony. Lots of space. Modern and well kept amenities. Super clean. Very friendly staff that were communicative before, during and after our stay. Convenient, short 15 mins walk from the train station. Close to everything we wanted to do in Bologna. Highly recommend. "Food was great, great coffee, beautiful garden room, fabulous pool area and service. My only issue was that my 2 year old hasnt an understanding of noise yet, and we were asked to 'shh' at the pool, my son is 2 and therefore does not understand this, with all due respect, I found this quite upsetting and stressful, he was talking and not shouting just giggling having fun in the pool, this was the only spoiler. However, apart from this the food, staff and whole place was lovely! Would highly...

"We loved everything about this place. The room was well designed with antiques and unique furnishings of a bygone era. It’s a historic building with character keeping its tradition of a commercial center, hence its name. It’s charming and lovely. Staff is exceptionally helpful. The breakfast is wonderful. It’s hard to stay away from its biscottis. "
