Our safe was not working and even though they promised to fix it the next day, they never did. We asked about laundry detergent for the machine (which was a great service) and they never responed to my questions nor provided the pods which whey said were in the unit. "This is my favorite hotel I have ever stayed at. The location is fantastic, we did not have to walk more than 10 minutes for any major attraction. The apartment itself was luxurious, clean, and just absolutely beautiful. The shower was so relaxing, and we were even given complimentary wine! There is a vending machine with alcoholic beverages, sodas, and water, as well as an ice machine. Plus, the washing machine allowed us to get some laundry done mid trip! "Our stay was incredible. Fulvio was an incredible host and exceeded our expectations. He was so accommodating with our need for an additional night and we were always met with kindness. The room was always clean, Fulvio was accessible for anything we needed. The property is in a great spot in Florence and we were so grateful to be staying here. The room was the wonder and a pretty big space. We hope to be coming back and booking here again."

"Beautiful room, very clean, big comfortable bed in the king deluxe and great location. No lotion or tissues in bathroom and if you need anything, reception is only available until 8pm except for emergencies- we needed an iron because ours broke and would have been charged if we called after 8pm for a non-emergency- would definitely stay again."

"Perfect location for exploring Florence. 1mile from the train station (20 min walk). Overlooking the river. Clean. Staff friendly. Good selection of food at breakfast. A lovely terrace to sit on and watch the world go by. Free tea/coffee/water provided throughout the day. Would definitely recommend others to stay at the Hotel Silla! "
