The staff was amazing! They got me an airport transfer and gave me an upgrade to a room with a few. Just a note for western travelers there is no shampoo or conditioner, surfaces a little dirty, and over all the property a bit not up to date. Overall super lovely and I would stay again and swim in the pool!

The room was clean with a nice kitchenette. The hotel staff and manager were incredibly warm and welcoming and willing to go the extra mile to make sure that we were happy. The hotel location is outstanding! I’d highly recommend The Pestana Casablanca for anyone interested in visiting Casablanca!!!

Great staff. Nice big rooms. Great location. The rooms were cleaned well but some areas are a little tired (weathered bean bag chairs by pool/some stains on couch in room). The staff was great at arranging transport and were super friendly. They are really putting in great effort to be good hosts. With a family of 4 the two bedroom room was great.

The property’s strongest feature is its excellent location in one of Casablanca’s most desirable areas. Pestana is a reputable brand, and I have had very good experiences at its other properties. Unfortunately, this facility falls far below that standard. The rooms and common areas are dated and in serious need of complete renovation and remodeling. In its current condition, it does not justify a four-star rating, and in my opinion, it does not even meet a proper three-star standard.

Le petit déjeuner est une farce… faites des économies en allant chez un brunch coffee afin d’en avoir pour votre argent. L’assortiment global tenait sur une table d’1m sur 1m. Trop cher pour la qualité et le service rendus.

Fast check-in, excellent service, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Free parking is available in the underground garage. The rooms are spacious and have large balconies. The housekeeping staff were especially kind and helpful. The beach is great, although the pool is a bit small. The location is excellent, and the breakfast is good. We will definitely come back next time.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay at Pestana Casablanca! I had a wonderful experience at Pestana Casablanca. The hotel has a beautiful location, comfortable rooms, and a great atmosphere, but what truly made my stay special was the exceptional service. A very special thank you to Chorouk Krouli, Guest Service Manager, who was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly kind, professional, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. Her warm hospitality and attention to detail made me feel truly welcomed and valued as a guest. People like Chorouk are what make a hotel experience memorable. Thank you, Chorouk, and thank you to the entire Pestana Casablanca team. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel! ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at the Pestana Hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and alwAys willing to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, their hospitality made us feel welcome and well cared for. The location is outstanding, right on the beachfront and close to restaurants, cafes and Mall. It was the perfect base to explore the city while enjoying the beautiful ocean view and walks. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The room was clean and provided what we needed during our stay. The breakfast had a great selection including moroccan dishes and the staff was attentive. A great combination of excellent service, prime location and comfortable accommodations.

i have always stayed and selected this hotel for more than 7 years , at least twice a year. But this time, it was different. the hotel is understaffed and not responding as they used to do before. In addition, AC everywhere in the hotel is intentionally not being turned on for saving purpose. in conclusion, I hope this situation will be solved soon !.
