"Great location down at the marina. Close to the waters edge, we rented a kayak which was very easy to do. Kayak people weren’t very helpful or friendly- bring water shoes if you’re going in the water. The host was very friendly and helpful with info. "First off they send us to another location where there was no staff. I had to call them wait to someone to come to pick us up. Check in took about a hour and a half. The room wasn’t ready when we arrived so we had to wait 30 min. Our room was on the second floor with no elevator. There is no parking on site. "Great stay close to the train in La Spezia! Simone and Elisa were incredible hosts. Always accessible if we needed anything (which we didn’t because they thought of everything). Up quite a few steps but there is a small lift if needed and for luggage. We loved it. Next to great restaurants and very safe area. They even called a taxi for us when we wanted one.
