"The room was good size for family of four kids said sofa bed was comfy. The bathroom spacious although shower door did leak if shower head not positioned in certain position. Breakfast plentiful with juicer for freshly squeezed orange, soy milk for my coffee and traditional cake for Easter- we were really happy with it. "This hotel meets the needs but that's about it. It was clean though not as convenient as they advertise. The shower is extremely slippery. The staff is not very friendly although they will suggest restaurants and call a cab when one is leaving for the airport. It is not a place to stay when visiting Naples, just a place to stay the night before a flight out. The neighborhood doesn't look like it but there are some good restaurants just down the street. La pecca è che, per come ubicata la mia camera, la sera, durante serata con musica, fino alle 2 di notte impossibile prendere sonno. Service was fabulous all around and they even accommodated a last minute New Year’s Eve reservation for us. "Room was clean but shower leaked. Informed staff, maintenence fellow came by right away and after looking at it said he jad to order a part. We went a week with the shower flooding the floor. It wasn't fixed while we were there.Otherwise everything was fine. Location isn't by a lot of shops but within a good walking distance. "
