"We liked the staff and being greeted at reception. They were friendly and changed our room right away when lights and AC did not come on. Restaurant nearby and bar were convenient for us at good prices. Toileties were excellent inclusive of shower cap, mini toothpaste etc. Hotel staff also kept our luggage for us safely after check-out so we could enjoy the afternoon. Hotel rate for what you received was very good.

"Stepping into this hotel felt very comfortable; the lobby staff were amiable and very polite. I am grateful to the staff member who offered us an upgrade to a VIP room. However, since I am not used to sharing a bed, my son and I had to decline her kind offer. In the end, we were settled into a twin-bed room with a sea view.

"Great stay, lovely hotel & staff incredible. The location was perfect for a wedding we were attending in the location but was quite a way from the centre of Lisbon but Ubers were really reliable & affordable so this didn’t bother us. We did see local transport too ( train & bus) but didn’t use them.
Hotel rooms were spacious & clean & we were fortunate enough to have a nice balcony. Service great & rooms were cleaned daily - with staff excellent.
