"Would not recommend staying here. We had to switch rooms as the first one looked like it had been used, with stained bed sheets and wet towels in the bathroom. There was also an odd smell. We were moved to a different room where it was clear it needed some work to be done on the walls and floors done. The AC smelled like mold when turned on and the "clean" towels all had hair or dark marks."

"I made a reservation and they turned me away. They saw I used Expedia points and they didn’t accept the rate. They were looking at my price, not my price + the monetary value of the points I used. They turned me away at 10pm and I had to book another hotel. If you book with them, you better pay an acceptable rate."
