"The property is OLD and it shows its age. The place needs a total renovation. The bed is on a metal spring frame which makes noise with every turn during the night. It caters to the construction crew crowd, which is not a bad thing. But I couldn’t park in front of my room because a group was having a barbecue in the parking lot. Of course they were enjoying cold beverages as you would expect. Some of them obviously were not guests at the hotel, but were there for the barbecue. So around 11pm...

"The room had holes in the walls with obvious plagues missing. No security latch on the door, obviously removed. Mold around the toilet and floor corners in the bathroom. Toilet seat came off, had to fix that myself. Bathroom doorknob was close to coming off, had to get a screwdriver from my car to fix it. The door keys were not working properly, every single time I wanted enter the room I couldn’t use it and need to go to the front and ask for help. Very unsafe place and I ended up sleeping in the car. The place is old itself and broken and even though they ask for deposit just in case some damages."

"Expedia did not tell us when booking Sleep Inn, Manchester, TN was undergoing major reconstruction due to water damage. Elevator was waiting repair so limited room to first floor. Would have chosen different hotel. Room was fine and breakfast was fine. Checkin clerk very friendly. When reconstructed will be fine, probably months."
