"The price of the property was good as well as the location, but the cleanliness know I found a hair on what was supposed to be a clean towel… The door was very difficult to enter every time and there was no icemaker on any floors. The guest was responsible for filling the ice cube trays which were not filled upon coming into the room. I would not recommend this hotel."

"The room was fine but warn. The check in time was 3 pm but the room wasn't ready until 7 pm. There's a breakfast bar but nothing but coffee. The receptionist was friendly and apologetic"

I had a terrible interaction with a staff member at the lounge, which put off my feelings for the stay, even though the lounge and hotel are separate, it just put a bad taste in my mouth for this particular trip/stay."

"Didn’t get any sleep in the night got a call to our room at two in the morning and woke me up asking if it was me making the noise. After that, all I heard was a woman getting smacked and screaming problem with finally dealt with an hour or two later only got three hours of sleep that night."

"We really enjoyed the hotel. It was clean and maintained. Upon arrival they upgraded us to a room with a spa which was amazing! Breakfast was delicious and had many options to choose from. Staff was pleasant and helpful."

"I had a great stay. The downtown location is awesome. The underground parking is nice, though it is not locked and might not fit large vehicles. The bed was really comfortable, and this hotel uses the highest quality toilet paper I have ever seen in a hotel. Not sure if it was just my room or not."
