"I asked for non smoking but the room was still smell smoke and the aircon is to noisy we cannot sleep we have to turn off so we can get some sleeps. No shampoo & conditioner. The beds looks nice at the pictures but in person the bed are not comfortable."

"The room was clean and maintained well. I did not like that I booked as pay at the property and they charged the card I reserved it with in the morning and I arrived at 9pm. They said they always do that. That's not pay on arrival of the property."

"Th odor was awful. We were on the 1st floor and we had to clean the toilet before we could even use it. There was no lock on our window. Stayed awake all through the night with concerns. The smell was overwhelming and we couldn’t find anywhere (last minute) to stay. Locked ourselves in minus the lock on the window. Worst smell ever."

"You need 24 hour security. Nothing is done about crime of the drug deals and homeless people. The disturbances 24 7 vicious dogs crapping in none pet areas like in front of my room and the stairs. People are leaning on wall by our door running drugs you hear them thru the walls. Yelling and screaming all times on day n night. Today we heard the pit bull lunging at a loitering drugged by my door threats of shooting the guy and his dog. Ridiculous I have to pay over 100 a night and get no rest...
