"Had the worst stay ever!!!! They had traps in the room, one behind the toilet and one behind the sink area, oh my gosh it was big azz freaking spiders in them among other stuff, I literally didn’t sleep inside I went outside and slept in my car and the highway was right by it so I got up and left. The room was so old and it was mold everywhere and stains everywhere. The bed had holes all over the blanket and sheets with pillows that were literally brown. Along with stains of whoever knows on it...

"I honestly didn’t like anything about it compared to other hotels at the same stars. The room that we paid for supposed two queen size I but they are more like full or double sizes. (4.6-4.9 ft wide to be exact). The sheets had spots on them, same the furniture. I had to call the supervisor to clean some blood spots or something red/brown from the nightstand. the phone had like green toothpaste on it. I have pictures of all of these. I asked to change the room , they refused and sent someone...

"El escusado estaba tapado cuando llegamos. Lo reporte al front desk para que me enviaran a alguien de mantenimiento. La respuesta no fue la que esperaba. Me dieron un destapacaños para que yo lo hiciera, y me comentaron que ya no tenían habitaciones disponibles por lo que ojalá que lo lograra destapar yo. Muy mal servicio, y más cuando el escusado ya estaba dañado antes que llegara yo. La zona parece peligrosa, por la noche los huéspedes del cuarto de a lado no pararon de hacer ruido y hablar...

"Upon arrival, the room was clean, but the King bed was broken. The King mattress had visibly deep indentations on both sides of the bed, at least 8 inches deep that went to the boxspring. When we spoke the receptionist at the desk about the matress; her response was "Sorry." Your reservation was made through Expedia, an outside party."

"The rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fresh, hot and delicious. The parking lot was covered and close to the entrance. This is a wonderful hotel, we will return anytime we are in the area."

"The staff was awesome, from valet, bellhops, desk clerks and food service 5 stars for all. The breakfast omelets were very good, with a wide variety of breakfast options to feed the picky family eaters. Loved having an indoor pool but chlorine odor was immensely strong. Beds were very comfortable. We will visit again!!"
