"The reception staff were super. There was a train strike while we were staying (we were travelling from Venice to Verona on the day of the strike) and the guy on Reception desk couldn’t have been more helpful.
Our room was clean but a little tired (we were staying in the hotel’s annex which was about a 30 second walk from the main hotel). Air conditioning was great - and there was plenty of space in the room."
