We later received a phone call from someone also with poor manners complaining our request was too vague and asked for specifics. If we knew where the smell was coming from, we wouldn’t have asked? We told the person on the phone that it might’ve been kitchen drain and then asked for a...

"When we arrived, Genesis was so friendly and helpful. She mse us feek welcomed. THe room was perfect and very comfortable. The driver for the Airport shuttle was very friendly. He got us to the airport safely and on time."

Marriott as a brand is what I would select with the expectation that an acceptable level of cleanliness would be provided. Too many recent (last 2-3 years) disappointments.
