"We were sent a code for the property via a WhatsApp chat and check in was very easy. It was a short walk from the train station and we could walk to the lake, funicular and olive grove walk so the location was excellent. The apartment was very compact so I would check the floor space before booking. There were no dishwasher tablets or coffee grounds for the machine but these can be bought downstairs. For a short stay it would be good to have at least one dishwasher tablet as most shops are closed on Sunday. There is a USB wall charger but this didn’t work, we used the WhatsApp to ask for advice on finding a local shop to buy Swiss phone chargers but never got a reply. The WhatsApp was updated with checkout details on our last day, so obviously not a two way communication."

"The location was really nice. Walkable distance from grocery stores and the train station. The staff was helpful and nice in leading us to the room since it was separate from the hotel. The internet was not working so we couldn’t watch tv or use wifi on our devices. The bathroom door was also broken and we couldn’t shut it all the way. Other than that, it was a great stay and we’d probably do it again. Had a small kitchen counter deal with limited dishes but we didn’t use it."

"It was very comfortable for our family of four. It is located near the lake and has easy access to to public transportation. Desiré was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay nice and comfortable. Grazie! Breakfast was great. We would definitely stay there again!"
