The area is the best you will find in central Lugano. There is a funicular next to the hotel taking you directly to Lugano train station. The lake is 200m walk. The service is as good as any hotel I have ever been. The staff and very friendly and helpful. They helped me plan my trip to the two main Lugano mountains. Pre-visit you get to pick what you want in your free minibar, what type of pillows, what type of mattress and a few other surprises. The building is not new but is very well...

Pictures do not do this place justice. The garden view is amazing with visibility of lake lugano and the distant mountains. Such a beautiful hotel. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. I loved the breakfast, it's simple but very tasty. I highly recommend this hotel

Clean, cozy, well maintained

Arrived in the morning, but they changed the room so that I could check in. Good service. The room was a reasonable size, clean and comfortable. A transparent bath room may not be the everyone's favourite but fine for a business traveller.

No faults! All was good from every perspective!

All went well. A little too much traffic outside but normal for a Saturday night! One neighbour had set a very early alarm clock which woke us up too soon unfortunately. Otherwise very pleasant hotel.

We left check-in a bit too late which came a faff as we were approaching the property on public transport. You need to check-in to obtain an entry code for the building and your room. Our own fault - we should have read the instructions earlier and checked-in to get the code. All good in the end though - the apartment was immaculate, well sited for access across the city and we'd certainly recommend to others and would revisit.

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean and the hotel is in nice walking distance to both the centre and the train station.

Great location in the heart of Lugano. Francesco was a great host and made sure I was well looked after. Suite was very clean with a nice comfortable bed.

Ich war nur 1 Nacht hier aber sowohl das Personal wie auch das Zimmer waren sehr gut. Kann ich sehr empfehlen.
