"For £200 a night we expected everything to work. For example, there was a beautiful marble setting but the heating was not on and there was no clear way of controlling the temperature in the room which was in a cold downstairs location. "A great find. Slightly difficult to find.we initially stopped at the side of the hotel and could not see it. We then drove round another kilometer and it was the furst hotel we had stopped at, but there was no name sign at the side of the hotel. That needs to be improved. The room was great with views over the river. The facilities were good especially the disabled room we had. The staff were excellent and very helpful we will stay again "
