"Papillo was clean. Service was not always the best. Also, I have never been in a hotel with a mini bar that is totally empty. And no tea or coffee facilities in the room. Also be aware that apart from a supermarket and couple of shops in the same place, there is nothing to do nearby. Central Rome is at least half an hour away by vehicle. "

"For me it’s the perfect location. However it’s a wee bit far out of the centre of city. Ideal for the stadio olimpico I keep returning to this hotel. The breakfast is awesome. Parking is difficult to book early"

"The room was very small but got the job done. INTENSE amount of black mould in the bathroom, like the housekeeper came in to clean it and it was still nauseating to shower in there. Overall, it was okay for the 2 nights we had in Rome but I would splurge a bit more if you want to actually unwind and feel cozy in your room. Also it’s around a 25+ minute walk from main sights, so keep that in mind."

"Very far out of Rome and if you arrive late you will receive no help. The bathroom was good but the paint on the room walls was scraped and not in the best shape."
