"Staff were the best anywhere. They were very helpful with information and anything needed. The hotel is not new or fancy but the authenticity and experience was beyond compare. There was a lot to see and do even for off season. Just a short train ride to Rome and then connections to Pisa, Naples, or other destinations. My husband and I have no complaints."

"First and foremost, Mimo is the most attentive and gracious hosts. He gave us awesome recommendations of places to eat in the neighborhood that were absolutely delicious. The neighborhood is safe and absolutely beautiful! The parking can be a little hectic but we made it work. We made alot of new friends and cannot wait until we can go back to see Mimo and friends. Grazie again Mimo! "

"The property was very clean, nice bathroom, beds were comfy. Staff were also very helpful and pleasant. The only disappointment was the reataurant/bar. The hours were 6pm to 10pm. We had to walk to find a restaurant outside those hours."

"The grounds are in superb condition as are all spa facilities, inside as well as outside. Rooms are older but well kept. The pools and spas are the highlight and do not disappoint. The pools can become crowded but there is ample space to find your own bit of privacy. Overall a great location near the airport. Would definitely stay there again."

"Great hotel, with easy access to metro station, only 4 stops from the Collosseum. There are some good restaurants within 5-10 minutes away by car. Hotel has a good restaurant too. It is only available by reservation. Overall good hotel with an easy acccess to city centre. "

"This is a great hotel, clean, safe, with a wonderful staff. It has basic amenities. If it had a spa and massage services, it would be perfect. The area is a 10-20 minute ride from the main tourist attractions, which costs 15-20 euros by taxi, but there is a solid public transportation option. "

"Amazing service from start to finish. It's rare that I find a hotel with all staff genuinely keen to provide a good service and be helpful, friendly and professional. Special thanks to Silvia (or Silva - i didn't quite catch it) who served us lunch for several days and was really welcoming, kind to our kids, and remembered our choices from day to day. The reception staff were fantastic too. Ashamed to say I don't speak much Italian but the language skills of all the staff we met were incredible....
