"The first room was not acceptable due to a strange musty smell but our host was able to put us up in two different rooms and not only have partial refund, but paid for our breakfast, parking and helped with luggage. "What a gem!! We had a lake view room and it was beautiful! The bed was super comfy, the shower was spacious and great pressure and everything was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and a great breakfast. Then, the rooftop pool!!! A very classic yet not at all stuffy hotel. I can’t wait to go back. "Very nice place. To my surprise there is a very nice chapel available to spent time in prayer and meditation. The staff is very friendly and helful. Kudos to Kenneth that was a life saver loaning me an European phone charger and finding a taxi during the 24-hour Strike in Rome. Breakfast is pretty good but the smile and energy of Giovanni were the best. I definitely will stay again. Coffee is excellent. 10/10"
