"The hotel is newly renovated and clean. The rooms are what you would expect at this price point. The reception area on the 6th floor is very reminiscent of a hostel, like the one we stayed at in Reykjavik. The breakfast bar is well stocked with fresh food. The location is perfect. Close to the train station, 2 grocery stores nearby and easy walk to all the big attractions. "Attempted to use Xpedia to change booking. Expedia person named Jesse, not a virtual agent said they would talk to the hotel to help change the days a of the booking. Jesse never got back to me. Then reached out to the hotel and asked for help and they didn’t get back to me til after the booking was over to say they would just keep the money for the booking. Eff them. "
