We had an issue with our room and they went above and beyond to make it right. The location of the hotel was great - we loved being close to the nightlife of shopping and dining in Sorrento. There weren’t any hot options for breakfast which my teenagers noted and didn’t like much, though it didn’t bother me as much because I knew I’d be eating so much the rest of the day ;)"
