I booked the hotel through Expedia because I was looking for something upscale and luxurious. To be honest, I almost didn’t book Hotel Artemide because I didn’t think the photos did it justice. Despite the incredible reviews, I was hesitant—but now that I’ve stayed here, I completely understand why it’s so highly rated.
While it may not be the flashiest or most glamorous hotel, it’s incredibly elegant, exceptionally well maintained, and the quality is evident in every detail. The service truly lives up to the reviews. When I arrived, there was a bit of a wait to check in because several guests were ahead of me, which wasn’t ideal after a long flight. However, the staff handled it so thoughtfully. As a courtesy, they upgraded my room and gave me complimentary drink vouchers, which was such a kind gesture and immediately turned the experience around.
One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet. The selection was excellent, everything was fresh and high quality, and the restaurant staff were some of the friendliest people I encountered during my stay. Every interaction felt warm and welcoming.
The concierge also made everything incredibly easy by helping arrange my airport transportation, and the location couldn’t have been better. It’s right in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to so many of Rome’s major attractions, restaura"
