"Cant beat this hotel for kids considering the price. 5 nights of fun. The kids club staff were great too. Looking forward to returning (food was average buffet experience)"

"Dirty marks on walls and around doors that I repeatedly complained about 3 days in a row but nothing has been done and no apology. So called fresh towels had bugs on them, took out the room to replace with staff, again no apology. Food quality and service needs improvement. On a positive note the view from the room was stunning."

"The hotel is not safe.My daughter who is 13 years old was harrassed and intimidated by a man at the pool who was also staying at the hotel. I reported the incident to the hotel staff but no action was taken. I even emailed the hotel manager but I have never received any reply. I also spoke to that man who smelled alcohol and no staff stayed by the side to support me although the staff witnessed the incident. It appeared that they staff are not properly trained to handle situations involving...

"I stayed at this hotel with my mom, and we had an absolutely awesome time! The entire place was very clean, and the location is absolutely perfect for getting around. What really stood out to us was the great customer service—every single employee we encountered always had a smile on their face and made us feel so welcome.
