"When we arrived it took the host some time to open the gate. We took a taxi as this place is quite far out from modena. When he opened the gate he did not help unload or ask how the journey was etc but was chatting with our taxi driver as we stood obviously waiting to get to our rooms. "Its unique location literally steps away from Duomo and the Baptiser is amazing. Former Palazzo of the Della Rosa and Prati families is in itself a leaving museum. Staff is very knowledgeable about the city, history . The rooms are spacious, with view on the plaza with small kitchen ; rare thing in Italy."

"The room was clean and the staff was fine. The hotel is modern for the europe standards. AC was fine. The hotel is just beside the train stattion so is convenient in many ways. . The hotel is good and breakfast was excellent. Only aspect is that is a litlle bit far for center, but is just 10 block walk. Price was reasonable for the hotel."
