"What’s not to love? This wonderful hotel is inside the castle walls! The service we received from the moment we arrived was excellent. We were offered the breakfast upon arrival and our bags were waiting in our room once we returned from a full day of sightseeing. My only regret is not booking another night. Only a taxi can provide door to door service, so if you have heavy luggage, arrange for their efficient pick up or get a taxi. It’s a steep climb up! Highly recommend! "

"We absolutely loved our stay in the apartment. Beautifully decorated and very modern but still charming. The brunch spot next door was the best! The area is so peaceful in the evening and watching peacocks stroll by in the morning along with sunrise over the river, so memorable! Highly recommend and we will be back! "

"Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Lisbon!
The hosts were extremely attentive and made our check-in process effortless. They sent a detailed WhatsApp message with clear instructions on how to enter the property and how to get there — which was incredibly helpful, as the apartment is located at the top of a hill. Their tips about the nearby elevators were much appreciated and made arriving with our bags much easier!
We thought the location was incredible — just a stone’s throw from the castle and...

"Excellent Hotel. Room and bathroom spotlessly clean. The standard double room is much bigger than what I have experienced elsewhere. Room has exceeded my expectations totally with a microwave and coffee machine as well as a kettle.
Check in and out fast and efficient. Only downside was the noise of the trains rolling past.
I will definitely return. "

"We were there during low season and didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. Only negative was we could hear other guests coming and going as we were in room 106 at top of stairs; but otherwise everything was great - good bed, dark room, great shower, terrific location.
