"It was bitterly cold… And I was delayed by wintry weather in Manchester Airport and arrived much later than expected… The hotel staff responded by email to my email telling them that I would be late… And had prepared my room with an oil filled radiator pumping away at 24 C when I arrived….wonderful service …for which many thanks to the courteous and considerate staff."

"L'hôtel l'Octroi était fermé pour la saison (en travaux) nous avons donc était relogé dans un autre hôtel Montmorency. Très bel accueil, très belle chambre superbe équipé et très bon cadre. Et d'ailleurs, nous recommandons cet hôtel Montmorency."

"The room was spacious and clean. We did not know about the height restriction for parking, but we found a space nearby. We loved the location - just a few minutes walk to the Cite. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't use the kitchen facilities but there looked to be everything you'd need. We liked that there was a TV in the lounge and also in the bedroom.
