Terribile.

Hotek Struttura grande. Allarrivo ho temuto fosse chiuso Tutto spento. Solo qualche lucina alla reception. Camera freddissima. Riscaldamento autonomo disattivato dalla camera. Non hanno voluto accenderlo. Dormito malissimo con sciarpa e cappello. Colazione senza personale alla caffetteria, triste e con prodotti da discount neppure freschi. Misure anticovid inesistenti.

Hôtel ESPERIDE bien situé et personnel à l'écoute

AYANT RÉSERVÉ UNE CHAMBRE AVEC 2 GRANDS LITS + 2 LITS INDIVIDUELS, NOUS AVONS EU LA SURPRISE (mauvaise) que ce type de chambres n'existent pas dans cet hôtel ! Heureusement que la direction de cet hôtel a bien compris notre détresse ! Sans cela, nous aurions dû racheter une seconde chambre ! Hôtel.com n'a pas bien traduit la composition des chambres. Je remercie une nouvelle fois le directeur de cet ESPERIDE PARK HÔTEL qui nous a permis de séjourner dans d'excellentes conditions.

Norme anti covid non rispettate, non usano mascherine e guanti nemmeno le cameriere che sistemano le stanze. Non ci hanno mai cambiato le tovaglie. Personale scortese e scompetente. Abbiamo lasciato la struttura 1 giorno prima. Esperienza pessima. Mai più.

Posto ideale dove evadere lo stress

Ho fatto un weekend nella camera superior 216 dotata di vasca idromassaggio. La pulizia era al massimo, asciugamani e lenzuola come fossero nuovi. Personale molto accogliente e disponibile nel tutto. La cena a base di pesce è semplicemente squisita ottima rapporto qualità prezzo.

Non consiglio assolutamente, La conduzione è eseguita da personale incapace . Vi dico solo l'ultima ma efficace: Il giorno della partenza alle 8.30 manca l'acqua, perdurando la situazione oltre le 10 quando abbiamo lasciato la struttura. All'arrivo mancano i teli doccia, il frigobar, la cassaforte mancavano le pile, aria condizionata non funzionante 30 gradi,letto scomodo.per non parlare della scarsa qualità del cibo. Meglio fermarsi qui.

sicuramente non torneremo

Per me non ha senso avere la SPA e tenerla aperta dal martedi al giovedi, noi abbiamo fatto il weekend per la spa e siamo dovuti andare in un altro hotel a fare il percorso benessere ed il massaggio!!!! La colazione vergognosa, poi hanno ospitato una scuola media ed abbiamo dovuto richiamarli per il chiasso che facevano
