"What an incredible place! Situated just beneath the city of Paterno but in the beautiful and quiet country you have an amazing view of the Etna. The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean.The food is just delicious (try the pesce spada) and Signora Maria is the kind soul of the place. I will return!"

"This outstanding property is stretched over acres of beautiful countryside at the bottom of the Etna volcano. It is part of the Relais Châteaux collection, so you can expect 5 star service and amenities. Rooms and suites are spread across the property, in the middle of vineyards, lemon trees etc. The views are breathtaking, the staff is extremely helpful, nice and professional. "They really took care to make sure your stay was comfortable."

"We booked a last minute trip and were treated like royalty. They went out if there way to make sure we were as comfortable as possible. The food was magnificent. The beds are firm, and there is no ac during dinner, but otherwise i would highly recommend. Claudio is fantastic "

"This place offers stunning views over the landscapes below Etna. The rooms feel luxurious, clean, modern and you can tell they thought of every detail in the room. We only stayed one night which was not enough, next time we are staying way longer. This place is great if you want quiet luxury and a base to explore Catania and the many winieries around Etna. A place to take it slow and enjoy the views and the food."
