"Deben reforzar la limpieza sobre todo en la ducha, la cual encontramos muy sucia. La caja fuerte no funcionaba. El secador de pelo dejó de funcionar. También la limpieza en general, del piso, paredes, etc."

"Treated ourselves to a nice seaview room and it didn't disappoint, spacious and comfortable but would benefit from a hot drinks machine as well as the complimentary water.
Breakfast had a good variety but no fresh milk, and the hot items were not appealing, luke warm and greasy.
All the cleaning staff said hello and smiled, but the reception staff were a bit aloof, had to wait for colleague conversations to end before dealing with us each both at check-in and check-out."

"We arrived at 1pm and were able to check into our room. Very clean, powerful shower and small bottles of complimentary water and toiletries replenished each day. Great location for walking around the city. Hotel guests receive 10% discount off menu del dia, served 1pm-4pm - choice of 3 starters, mains and desserts and includes bread and half a bottle of wine each for €18. The Rioja wine is very full bodied. Highly recommended for authentic home cooked Spanish food. Would highly recommend this...
