"The property, where do I start?! It was amazing! From the initial walk in it had a wow factor about it, we met James, he was very helpful, with the convenience of being next door if needed. "Outside area was filthy. Garden full of weeds The wooden table was missing pieces. The gas barbecue was not there as advertised. Pictures make it look much nicer than it is. My family were very disappointed. They have an electric car charger which is very expensive also."

"Difficult to find in the dark Beds uncomfortable with small rooms, nowhere to open a case No instructions for boiler or hot water. When we did work out the boiler, only 2 of us had a shower because the water was too hot and dangerous, we couldn’t get it any colder the temperature control in the shower did nothing. The bathroom was musty and grimy and like a caravan size pod. "
