The first room had a bad odor, and the second room TV was not working. My experience was so stressful that I had to find accommodations elsewhere. I will never stay at a Baymont hotel again and will not recommend to any one."

"The reason we stayed here was to enjoy the outdoor patio we had often admired. Unfortunately, it was unusable due to the crowd as this is a popular student bar. I had inquired at check in if a reservation was needed and was told no. Additionally it was not expected that under 21 guests could not eat in the restaurant, the staff was kind and would allow with mark on hands indicating they were underage. Ultimately we ate elsewhere as there was no availability outside and inside was quite loud and...

"It is located just off a main highway with a Cracker Barrel and a Waffle House on the same side and a Golden Corral just across the highway. This location is an older facility. The owners are doing very well to make the accommodations pleasant. It's primary usage would be for a night or two stay while traveling a long distance as there are no types of any recreation or entertainment available. The price is right and there is a small fee for your pet."

"Only problem I seen was there was a bug crawling in the microwave in the laundry as they don't have microwaves in the rooms"

"The room was not clean it was more so the smell from the blankets, the bathroom was dirty and hair was in the tub and a spider, the outside was nice. The young guy was cool but for the price it's not worth it honestly and I thought Delaware didn't tax. Also no one comes around to clean the rooms like normal motels do so don't look forward to getting a clean room."

"The room was never cleaned prior to me coming in, there was toothpaste spit on the sink. Trash and stains still on bathroom floor. There are roaches, the lock doesn't work. There is old furniture falling apart just outside of rooms on the sidewalk. Fridge in room doesn't work correct. No smoke alarm in room. The structure of awning was dangerous as the posts weren't holding anything up. Place is not worth the price, not even half. I will be requesting a refund from corporate."

"Check in was super fast and the lady at the front desk was very nice and fast. The bed was very clean and nicely made. For a one night stay it was pretty nice. One thing I do have to complain about is we walked by the pool and it was very yellowish green so we didn’t go in it."
