"I recently spent three nights at the wonderful Hotel de Ciutat Girona. My room on the second floor was very spacious, extremely clean and quiet for a good night’s sleep. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. The breakfast buffet had everything you needed. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. As I needed to leave early on my last morning the staff organised a breakfast to go bag which was great. The location of the hotel is also a couple of minutes from the famous red...

"Very painful to get in by car. No stopping on the street. They are supposed to be have a 3 spot stop, But they don't police it and it always full of delivery vans and other non hotel cars. AC barely works or rather almost doesn't. Could not get room temp bellow 26 or so. Showers have a curtain, no weights so it billows and sticks to you. Bathroom gets flooded regardless of the curtain. Rooms are clean and spacious but bed is small for 2. Overall mixed reviews on this place"

"I only stayed here for one night before I travelled to Barcelona, but the room was clean. It was on the outskirts of the old town so not too far to travel for some sightseeing. Walking distance from the main train station that was very convenient for me. The room was very small and so was the shower cubicle. It wasn’t worth the money I paid but I would probably stay here again if the price was lower. The front desk is unmanned and when I needed help and advice there was no one there to help me....

"Place was magical. Incredible views, architecture, service, food, etc. Rooms were huge and were cleaned daily, as well as towels replaced. The free breakfast was amazing, and Irene was always so attentive. Perfect place to stay and relax. Could not have been better."
