"This Hotel was referred to me and I am very content with the service from all members of Staff. Thank you. I thoroughly enjoyed the variety of breakfast options! I really liked the seating arrangements in the breakfast/dining space. Hip deco and a very nice ambience seeping out from the Staff at the Bar to the check in, the Rooms, Gym even to the elevator. "Staff were really helpful and the hotel is ideal for visiting Bristol. Parking is easy at the Multi Storey next door, with access directly from the hotel. They also offer discount parking. Would definitely use this hotel again if visiting Bristol "

"I would stay there again. However it would have been nice to have instructions on how to use the appliances. Had to figure out using chatgbt how to use dishwasher and washer/dryer. Could have had more kitchen garbage bags. There was just the one there and no others."
