"Very friendly and helpful staff"

"I have no complaints except for the breakfast. The eggs and cheese omelettes were horrible and the sausage patties inedible. The sausage links were okay and the French toast was decent. There were no fresh fruit options available. The bagels and yogurt were okay. Coffee was pretty good. I have been to several other hotel breakfasts and they were all much better than Best Western Plus."

"I am disappointed that this hotel is even located in the suburbs of Lone Tree. It smells of cat urine. There are cats and dogs pretty much in every room. You can hear them and it smells of pets. There is hair everywhere from the pets. There's tons of dust in our room. Shower curtain with dirt on it, shower with hair in it. Old outdated appliances. I am very disappointed that Expedia even gave this place. A good review I wouldn't have never picked this place if it wasn't for Expedia, saying it...

"The hotel is very nice and the staff I spoke to were very friendly. However, I was not informed that they had breakfast and I didn’t find out until the second morning of my stay when I was leaving for the day. It would have been nice to know.
