"Overall, the property was nice and I would certainly return again. The pool was very lackluster, but I wasn’t staying there for the pool so that is minuscule. The staff was very friendly for check-in and check out. I can’t speak on behalf of their breakfast because the first morning I met family for breakfast and the following morning I had to leave so early that I didn’t get a chance to give it a try but the first morning it smelled really good."

"After having disappointing experiences with several well-known hotel brands, I ended up booking this hotel for the last night of my trip. It turned out to be a great decision.
The customer service was excellent, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable—I slept like a baby. AC, TV everything was just fine. I don't usually post reviews online, but this hotel seems underrated and deserves some recognition.
However, this property may not be for those with luxury-level expectations while...

"Was unable to make our reservation, called way ahead of time and was told ok but had to cancel with Expedia. I asked the girl if they would approve it when Expedia called to verify
She said more than likely especially given our circumstances and it was before 3PM
Management declined it. Paid 500 dollars for nothing even tho they could have sold that room!
Shame on you wolf lodge - even a partial refund would have been nice"

"5th year staying at the Magnolia. Room was clean and cleaned daily and they gave me 4 extra pillow. Free water provided at front desk as well as cookies at night. We also got window room. Staff was helpful with any questions and allowed late checkout. This year did not visit bar but sometimes on weekends they have live music. Only wish they had a pool."
