Easy check-in online and contactless access to our room, although friendly staff were available if needed. The hot tub was nice and hot for when we arrived which was perfect after a long hike. "Room clean and well furnished , we were in the annex away from the main hotel, it was quiet but a fair distance from the breakfast room. If there is more than one person sharing a room request 2 keycards as the lights in the room and bathroom go out when the keycard is removed from the box. Which could be awkward if using the shower. Staff helpful and friendly, we only had breakfast but it was very nice and well presented. Wifi poor couldn't receive emails and messages. "

"5 stars is too much for this hotel. Double bed is in fact suitable only for one short person! Photos are not like the reality there. No shelf in the bathroom to even put your wash bag. Nothing is practical. And breakfast was the worst part. They gave me white toast saying this is sourdough. Staff are not nice (except one person at front desk). Things were constantly not working. Also no parking for 5 star hotel! It’s def a 3 star hotel"
