The full staff at the best western plus was amazing. They were very attentive and polite. Would recommend this hotel and look forward to making another trip to fully see the beautiful city and what they have to offer. The pool area was so great for kids and adults.

We found a bed bug in our bed at 9:30pm. It was disgusting. We had booked the room for 2 nights. We left that night. We did get a refund, however, it was a pain having to leave so late, and then to clean/wash all our stuff properly once we left. Never ever will we be returning.

The hotel was okay overall, and most of the basic amenities were available in the room, which made the stay comfortable. However, there were a few drawbacks that impacted the experience.
