"I have stayed at this accommodation twice now in both the family style joining rooms and the executive suite. Both times have well and truly met our requirements. I wish the staff were a little more open to conversation rather than short abrupt answers to questions which can come off as rude. I do believe the staff genuinely want to help no matter how short their responses are. I will definitely stay again."

"Breakfast was above excellent. It lacks absolutely nothing.
The hotel and room are clean and well updated. The front desk staff was also very friendly.
The parking situation (in my opinion) is subpar. There is no option for free self parking. You either have to pay an outrageous $25/night for valet or pay city rates for off site parking. Please reduce the price of parking on site (whether it's valet or self park) to make it more reasonable and realistic."

"I was excited to finally stay at this Boutique Accommodation… I’ll not to it again. The two stars are for: 1 the astounding view and 2 the bed. The linen was yellowed with age and stains. The towels were the same. The bathroom was in the process of being renovated; new vanity didn’t quite fit so there are missing skirting and mismatched paint.
The “inviting lounge” area is anything but. The help yourself fruit and nuts were all way past deadline date. And stools along the front bench were...
