"Hotel espectacular. Ambiente tranquilo, limpio, buenas vistas, acogedor, con aparcamiento privado, personal excelente, desayuno de calidad (tanto frío como caliente). Y Valladolid nos sorprendió para bien."

"Very centric , very spacious but very few amenities . The bar wasn’t well stocked , the spa has only one staff member and she is swamped . The pool has no bar or service . The pool has no towels either. The Hotel has a lot of potential that has not been explored. The girl at the Lobby ( Irene) was the highlight of our stay . She was kind , warm, very helpful and gave us the best advice on what to see and do in the area ."

"The window curtains do not keep the heat out in the morning. We were on a higher floor that received the morning sun, but the AC could not keep up with the heat coming in from the sun. The AC definitely worked later in the day, but the hotel needs to invest in black out curtains."
