"The room was spotless, the design and finishes were fantastic, and it was a peaceful escape from the busy streets of Castro in San Francisco. The staff were super helpful and got back to me quickly. Expedia had a $34 food credit on my reservation, but the hotel couldn’t use it, so the staff mentioned they’re looking into a refund."

"We loved it at the Caza!! We could not enjoy the pool due to inclement weather but everything else was great! The huge lobby with complimentary coffee in the morning and games, the cleanliness, the politeness of the entire staff. All at very reasonable prices! "

"This property is perfect for location, being right next to Pier 39 with a lovely view of the ferris wheel, although from our balcony we could NOT see the ocean. That was a bit disappointing. There were so many amenities, including a restaurant downstairs, called The Socialist with a good selection of food, and cute courtyard with fire pits, smores, etc. although we hardly had any time to enjoy these and it was too drizzly to really enjoy the fire pits outside. Overall, I'd give it 5 star rating,...
