"The hotel is older and in need of some upgrades in the room we stayed. The reception staff were nice but when we asked for clean beach towels we were told the expectation is that we would keep then for a few days. Pool was clean but very much a family style resort with lots of kids in the pool. Also we were upgrade in our room but the breakfast room wdas directly above thus noisy as of 7:30 am."

"The basic rooms at the hotel are pretty rundown. If you want to enjoy your stay go for a family room with a €25 additional charge per night. The parking is €20 per night but unless you have an electric but unless you have an electric car, it’s a nightmare to park in there, especially you come with a large car. The breakfast choice is okay but not superb.They don’t have room service, you can call the restaurant and they may send you something, but it’s up to them. I hated the toilet paper because is the supercheap recycled type. I also hated the fact that you are given a beach towel every two days, it should be daily. I have to say that the hotel is more a three star hotel than a four."

"Excellent location, surroundings, amazing resort concept. Beautiful design blended with natural elements with lots of respect for the environment. Pine woods, sand dunes, natural vegetation all beautifully preserved and integrated. The beach itself is excellent. Proper deep sand, very clean water, very flat, excellent for children. The food in both restaurants including the beach club was very high quality."
