"Staff was great but the room wasn't the greatest. I wasn't expecting much, given the price and I wasn't disappointed. The roo.s are old and need updating but I can live with that. What bothered me was the number of bugs. They were everywhere. I requested a refund, which was denied. I just left and found another place to stay.
Don't waste your time or money at this place."

"Don't go to this motel during the fourth weekend of August. First, there is a yearly NASCAR-type weekend in the region that attracts too many travelers. Second, it's also on a major truck route heading in and out of North Carolina, so that adds to the increase in use of the rooms by folks who don't take care of things. The motel can't keep up with the bookings. Third, the staff does a terrible job of maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms, and they don't seem to care. Our room had dirty sheets...
