Self check in was easy - though a little intimidating for a first-time visitor to Rome (I didn’t expect there to be other businesses in the building!) "Really helpful staff. Coffee machine, crockery and cutlery in communal area. Comfortable, clean, effective AC. Fridge in the room. Water, milk and juice boxes provided along with croissants and various other items for breakfast. Handy for the metro, with a nearby supermarket. Lovely restaurant just over the road and a nice little bar just around the corner. Various other shops and eateries nearby (although we didn't try them all). Overall, an excellent base for exploring Rome!"

"The owner picked me up from the airport. Him and the staff were very nice. It is a nice room. Close by to the train station so it's easy to walk over and hop on the train."

"The staff is what made this hotel great. Also the shower head..lol. The hotel is about 20-30 minutes away from the Colosseum, Spanish steps and shopping but the subway is not far from hotel so getting around was great. The hotel is it self is neat and basic."
