Aconchegante excelência no atendimento

Amei! O hotel é negócio de família (se não me engano, está na terceira geração). A sensação que eu tive foi de estar na casa de amigos, tamanho aconchego que senti. A comida é excelente, o surubim com farofa de palmito é de um sabor ímpar... nem tenho palavras para descrever. Meu marido disse que comeu a melhor coxinha do mundo aí, no café da manhã. Não tinha secador de cabelo no quarto, mas prontamente me emprestaram um, a camareira deixou no meu quarto. O hotel fica perto de tudo: farmácia, mercado, comércio em geral e da famosa Lanchonete Hélida (pena que quando fomos estava fechada). A única coisa que não encontrei no quarto foram as instruções de como discar na recepção, fica a sugestão uma vez que pode variar de hotel para hotel. Super recomendo o Mara Hotel e a cidade de Catalão, apesar da curta estadia me apaixonei pela hospitalidade do povo.

Adquiri cinco pernoites. O atendimento na recepção foi cordial e respeitoso. Cheguei à noite, bem tarde da noite. Após me acomodar verifiquei um problema com a descarga do banheiro do quarto que não estava funcionando. No dia seguinte, solicitei a troca de quarto e fui prontamente atendida. O café da manhã é bem variado. A omelete e a tapioca são preparados na hora, com capricho. O hotel é perto de tudo. Com certeza, ao retornar a Catalão ficarei hospedada nesse hotel.

O hotel é ótimo , tudo novo e organizado, porém, paguei mais caro por um quarto que oferecia cama com pillow no colchão, pois meu marido tem problema no braço e precisa de um colchão macio, mas para nossa surpresa a espessura do pillow parecia uma cobertinha fleece de tão fino. Questionei a recepção se era aquilo mesmo e disseram que sim. Nos sentimos lesados, pois o colchão continuou duro. Setor hoteleiro pfv ofereçam camas macias, nem todos gostam ou conseguem dormir em colchões firmes ou de mola.
