"We had a great stay! The room was very clean, and the staff was excellent—friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. Gave us suggestions on activities and restaurants to eat at. The location was also perfect with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The only downside was that the upstairs neighbors were quite loud, and we could hear them at times. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely consider staying here again."

"If you don’t mind going back to the 60’s then go for it. This is not an upgraded hotel! Rooms are really tiny. There is no microwave in the room. If you have any questions before arriving to the hotel, the phone number they provide on Expedia or the hotel websites never gets answered and you can’t even leave voice messages because the box is full!!!!"

"Please make sure to read reviews before booking a stay here. It’s true you get what you pay for. This was a last minute trip and i failed to read reviews prior to booking. Furniture is very outdated and run down.Couch had multiple stains. Beds were horrible not comfortable at all. Bed comforters had multiple stains and sheets looked very dingy. Great staff and great location . Sadly i would not recommend this Hotel."

"This was our first time visiting Catalina and we stayed for three nights. Honestly, we could not ask for better service. The hotel spotless. The breakfast was a treat each morning. Loved the chocolates left in the afternoon and the snack upon arriving. We would stay here again without hesitation and recommend to anyone. The room is cozy and it was great place to unwind between shopping, eating, and enjoying Catalina."
