"First time visitors to beautiful Avalon!
Observations: the hotel was farther away than I expected, having to walk by several other hotels through moderately heavy beach crowds on our way from the ferry port.
The hotel staff was very welcoming and responsive. I even scored an early check in on day 1, which I really appreciated. We also enjoyed the fire pit during evening hours, as well as the open beverages & snacks room offered. The hotel was very neat and clean. I enjoyed quiet nights of sleep too :)
My only complaint relates to the internet coverage. Reception was nonexistent to poor in our room (room 503), but was excellent outside and in the courtyard. I recommend getting a WiFi extender to remedy the issue."
