"Was a good stay as I have stayed there several times but the compact refrigerator made humming noise at night and was difficult to sleep at times. Also, what happen to the Jacuzzi? It is not operating as it has when we stayed before. Workers on the property wake up early and talk outside and can hear them talking when trying to sleep in. Otherwise is an good place to stay."

"Room was clean. Shower was excellent and the water was soft. Great for a place just to lay your head if you plan to spend a lot of time outside the room. There is a small to medium hill incline to deal with each day and there is no elevator if you are on the upper floors."

"The reason to stay at this property is the location. It is perfectly located near everything. This building has so much potential but is in disrepair. There is no vent in the bathroom and pink mold was delveloping on the ceiling - not healthy at all. The ceiling fan in the main room did not work and when I asked about it, they admitted it didn't and to use the A/C. The bed was comfortable and the wifi worked just fine. The guy running the building was rude and condescending. Not friendly and not helpful. The hotel is supposed to include a free mini-van ride to the hotel. When we arrived, it was VERY confusing as to what were had to do. There are 2 lines forming, one for taxi's and one for hotel shuttles. Nowhere in the instructions does it state which line you need to wait in or that you have to get in line at all - you cannot just walk up to any mini-van like the instructions given state as other people are waiting in line. I called the guy and he was very rude and said to wait in a line - and finished with "as our email said" - very rude and his email mentions NOTHING of waiting in line. We ended up paying $20+ for a ride with a taxi as the lines were VERY LONG. The cleaning staff were very polite. The building needs upgrading, electrical work, venting, everything, new windows. Water pressure was too intense. This could be a great place with proper maintanence and management. If just needing a place to sleep and you care about nothing else, this place is fine."

"Charming hotel. Room 503 has a very spacious bathroom with plenty of counter space and a jacuzzi tub. Towels were old, but clean. Building was being painted while visiting. Located just steps from the main walking path/boardwalk. Maybe a 15 minute walk with your luggage from the pier where the boat is. Walk is along the board walk so gorgeous view. We brought our bikes, so I rode my bike to the hotel. If you arrive before check in, they hold your luggage for you. We were able to lock up our bikes in the courtyard. Lovely courtyard with a fire pit. 24 hour coffee and tea room in the courtyard included in your stay. Great stay!"
